About: A white label B2B telecoms start up, creating a management portal including CRM system, SIM management, billing engine, e-commerce and ticketed support.
Background: The Sim Guys team were working with a development company to build the web application but the overall user experience and interface was awkward and overly complicated. The whole digital experience needed re-imagining from the ground up.
Project: Develop a task based user experience and supporting interface built around the customers needs. Create a sprint based design process that fits within the agile development approach.
An off-the-shelf UI template formed the foundation of the interface which enabled development to continue at pace, additional bespoke UI components were created to broaden the overall visual language.
Scope: User journeys, interface and interaction design, prototyping.
